Hi.  My name is Bill and I am the creator and owner of Brick Box Natural Soap Company.

I started my business after becoming interested in the art of handcrafted cold process soap.  After making several test batches in my kitchen, I found a solid formula that I was happy with.  My wife encouraged me to keep at it when she started using one of the bars.  The results were impressive. Her skin looked and felt better.  She was thrilled about how her skin responded to the all natural ingredients I used, and she felt better about using my soap rather than the chemical laden one purchased in the grocery store. So, in response, she tossed her synthetic moisturizing bar in the trash.

I wanted to try my hand at making Pine Tar soap.  I had never used it before, but I had heard about how beneficial it was for the skin.  After some practice batches, I again found a formula I was happy with.  My wife encouraged me to let some of our friends try it out.  The feedback was very encouraging, so, I kept on crafting and creating.

Today, I still make each batch of soap by hand, in our kitchen.  I sometimes get help from my son, and my wife will also occasionally lend a hand, making it a true family endeavor.  It is my promise that all of the products that Brick Box Natural Soap Co. makes are free of harmful chemicals such as phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, phosphates, and a bunch of other nasty junk. 

Brick Box Natural Soap Company also practices good conservation, and as such, a portion of our profits are given to conservation efforts across our great state of Indiana.
